During his time with DeBra-Kuempel, he has completed the MES Apprenticeship Program at the Local 392 and received his Kentucky Journeyman Certification, CFC Universal Certification, and OSHA Certification.

As a technician, Andrew had a large customer base, for which he maintained HVAC and refrigeration equipment within their facilities. He performed preventive maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting on industrial equipment such as air conditioners, freezers, coolers, boilers, and many types of heating and cooling equipment.
