Gerry is part of the Service / Maintenance Sales Team of DeBra-Kuempel’s Business Development Group. His responsibilities include familiarizing customers with DK’s HVAC service and maintenance capabilities, along with our electrical, plumbing and full service mechanical support services. Gerry also assures a smooth transition and clear communication with the customer as the new customer is turned over an Account Management team.

Gerry is a long time member of the Cincinnati Chapter of IFMA ( International Facility Management Association). He has also successfully presented an internal sales and service seminar to over 40 in-house staff members on effectively building relationships with customers in today’s business climate.

Expertise

Gerry received his bachelor’s degree in marketing from the University of Cincinnati. He successfully completed the Mechanical Service Contractors of America (MSCA) Sales & Service Skills for the Millennium program.

Gerry has been in service sales specifically dealing with commercial customers for over 17 years. Prior to coming to DeBra-Kuempel, Gerry rose through the ranks of several area companies, learning along the way how to provide a personalized, creative, and professional approach to managing his account base.
